ABCO Shredding Services recommends information containing account data, banking, customer, employee, insurance, loan, medical, payroll, sales, and supplier information be shredded. What many do not realize is that it is important to shred misaligned forms, misprinted copies and drafts of materials, those too contain sensitive information. Failing to follow through with properly disposing of these materials may lead to a direct and/or conditional violation of numerous laws and regulations. The safeguards are simple - shred all sensitive material! Regularly shredding confidential documents will keep you in compliance and maintain your spotless reputation! Once the material goes through our state-of- the-art shredder, there is no conceivable way for your material to be reconstructed!
If you are planning to clean out your archived files, call us for rates on a file purge.  Want monthly service? We can help! If you think outsourcing for shredding is too expensive, give us a call. We will create a program to suite your unique needs.  We have the capability to shred the material on-site, at your location, or pick it up and shred it at our shredding facilities.

Walk-In Shredding

  • $5.00 per box or bag, up to legal size box (10.5" high x 15" wide x 24" deep)
  • Witness the shredding Monday thru Friday 8am to 2pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm at both our Cave Creek Road and our 2nd Avenue locations. 
  • Watch your paper, hard-drives, electronic media, prescription bottles, x-rays and other materials that contain confidential information being shredded!
  • Please note to witness larger quantities of paper for shredding, come to our 2nd Avenue location.

On-Site Shredding

  • Mobile shredding truck comes to your office or home.
  • All material is shredded before it leaves your premises.
  • Watch the shredding.
  • Hard-drives may be shredded on-site.
  • One-time file purges or recurring, monthly service welcome.

Off-Site Shredding

  • Trained** employees collect the material from your office, storage facility or home in our locked transportation vehicle.
  • Shredding is completed at our secure facility.
  • We are able to shred paper, hard-drives, electronic media, pharmaceutical bottles, x-rays, etc.
  • Our industrial size shredder exceeds NAID and NSA level 6 regulations for particle size.
  • All shredded paper is recycled.
  • A Certificate of Destruction is issued for your records stating all the materials were shredded.
  • One-time file purges or recurring, monthly service welcome. 
**Our employees have undergone a thorough background check, drug testing and are cleared by the federal government.
